I am a Bzzz Agent and as such received as part of a BIC promotion two 10--packs of these Bic Xtra Fun Ultra Solid Break Resistant #2 pencils free to evaluate and review.Both my great-grandson and I, as well as my young neighbor to whom I gave the second pack, are having a blast with these pencils. It's easy to know which pencil is "yours" when writing or drawing with others and eliminates the usual arguments over who has whose pencil. We all three have pressed down Hard when writing and drawing with these pencils and they are virtually indestructible - no broken tips and I'm not seeing a lot of tip wear, meaning I'm not having to sharpen them as often as I have to with standard #2 pencils.Additionally, the erasers are latex-free, so there's no allergy concerns AND they erase very easily and cleanly; there's not a lot of "flake" to brush away and the writing completely removes with very little pressure, meaning the erasers will last a lot longer than those on standard #2 pencils.My great-grandson can't wait to use the pencils when school starts; he says this time he'll be able to prove when someone takes his pencil and claims they didn't. Sad to say that's how school is these days.Looking at the Amazon listing, I find the pricing on these pencils to be very reasonable and expect to be asked to order more in a few months. Yes, I'm certain the pencils will stand up to use for a good many months.
