Strong built-up better than Crompton and Havells,I purchased one exhaust fan from all manufacturers in india for my new house,so go for this model.

I first opened and installed the exhaust a few months after I bought it . The fan was a faulty piece and wouldn’t rotate properly . Even the screws on it were different from each other . Usha service centre had me go to their centre and get a replacement fan - of a different colour - and that too turned out to be a faulty piece . So if you like to keep calling Usha service and keep visiting their service centre , then go for it. If you want a fan that works , then go for any other brand

Suction power is good. Little higher value.noise is there due to suction of air.in my product there is kirrrrr.....sound on starting and after switch off.It was my bad luck. I love usha fans.

I have used this fan more than 2 months now. It works well.

This is my SECOND BUY after using the first one for many years, flawlessly. I gifted the first one to my Carpenter and bought this second piece, as to update and voluntarily replace as the first one had outlived my expectations. Hope this second one too gives me the same satisfaction ..!!

The fan works well and is remarkably noiseless. However the fixture for the fan has changed even though the description of the fan remains as 230 mm Aeroclean exhaust fan for the kitchen. I bought this fan as a replacement for a fan of the same description, also USHA which had failed after working for several years. I assumed that the identically described fan from the same source will fit the existing setup without needing any change in fittings. But that was not so. The fixing holes are different, the outer dimensions of the fan was different!! USHA seems to be outsourcing this production now and does not care about interchangeability. I had to change the entire fixture, for which effort I could have fitted a different fan with better performance for me.

In the first month the blade of the fan fall automatically while running. After contacting customer care they took the fan from home due to unavailability of parts. After amonth they told me that parts are unavailable so they will replace the unit. After a month when that didn't happened they said they will refund the unit price. When they refunded the money they did so after deducting the around 275/- when I wrote them that either you replace the product or refund me the full amount they are not replying. I am about to file a complaint in consumer court against them if they don't refund me the remaining amount.There service executive sucks for they ask you to bring the fan in case of them being busy. Which would have costed me around 500/- for electrician and commuting charges itself for removal of fan and visiting their service agency which I refused to do.Pathetic.

Initially create sound but logged the complain in USHA 10 Pm night throgh web portal and surprise his enginner come next day 12 Pm and fix the legging issue now voice is silent and working fine.
