I usually mix this powder with Greek yogurt and a sweetener, and it tastes great. I have used it for baking a few things, and it works well because the powder doesn't add water into the mix. In cakes, the use of strawberry is often quite subtle and easily overpowered; being able to add more powder to amp things up a bit is helpful. The powder is, by itself, rather tart, but imparts a good strawberry flavor. If you want to make strawberry milk for your kids or something like that, you'll need to sweeten it with something.

Well packaged, arrived safely and on time. Used it for a cake and the smell and taste is amazing. Very fresh and natural smell and taste. Great value. Highly recommend it.

We bought this a few times. Initially not crazy about the flavor but used it in frosting so it worked well enough. However, once we started using the powder in baked goods, it just simply did not work. It is tart. Adds very little strawberry flavor unless you add tons of it. Disappointed, as we need all natural strawberry flavor.I would not recommend purchasing it. We are continuing to search elsewhere.

I used this to make smoothies, flavor cupcake frosting, make gelatin gummies and more. It’s so versatile and I love that the only ingredient is strawberries.

You know often I get products that I pay a little more for because I want the quality of the product. But it seems that some of these companies never try there own packaging. These powder products, especially, need to have a resealable bag. Once again I have one that won't seal whatsoever!!! Makes me so upset! Why even have it if it doesn't work. So be prepared. Product seems to be good but their packaging is not what it should be!!

Wow! Don't use too much because it really is very strawberry! It is so good in heated almond milk for a nice strawberry drink. I mix it with beetroot powder to help balance out the sweetness.

I don't think this is culinary grade, has a strong plasticky odor and aftertaste. The strawberry is defined but low sugar content compared to others I've tried so it doesn't dissolve that nicely. Sour flavour wouldn't really be an issue if it weren't for the gasoline note...
