Best reference at hand when you need to recap.
This is a well written book and it provides sufficiently deep examples to illustrate all the main concepts. The recurring structure of hypothesis tests is useful to reinforce the various methods and their strength (and limitations).A variety of sectors that benefit from the Lean Six Sigma approach are introduced and analysed to highlight benefits as well as challenges.Personally, this is the book I would recommend every LSS enthusiast, practitioner and expert to have at hand as a single introductory reference as well as one to read before taking the Green/Black Belt exam.

Great tool
This is a great book which makes difficult concepts easy to understand and assimilate. I found it very useful and enjoyable

Great Book- just back cover bent
This book is great. Used it for a CQIA course to take the exam via ASQ. I am using it now to craft a project proposal at my biotech company. Very tangible examples and thorough sweep of Six Sigma concepts. My only issue is that i purchased this “new” and the back cover was badly bent, with a large crease across it. Content wise, its the best, but softcover version is light and easy to handle- just would have liked a nicer copy

Hardcover stay clear of
This book arrived with the spine damaged I didn’t think much of it until it split and I now wish I complained as it arrived. The spine has completely came away from the book itself, very disappointing. This book is nearly £70 very expensive now I have to get it repaired, it’s 6 months old !£30 to repair a book I’m absolutely livid.
