Worthless...broke after a dozen uses and can't return it...don't waste your money
I have used this pen a dozen times and first the blank ink ran out and I couldn't find refills and then I found them but then the pen stopped working entirely. Waste of money and I can't return it because they give you a 30 day return window. Now I know why. Junk....

Great pen, until it wasn't
It's plastic so it's lightweight, but it's plastic and cracked at the seam between the top and bottom halves of the barrel. It is being held together currently with electrical tape, but even that doesn't seem to be enough to keep things together. Sometimes I click a color down, and I have to remove the tape and unscrew the barrel to get the color to release. Also, I was using it for a week when the black ink ran out. So I switched to blue, and a couple days after that blue ran out. Red and green ran out quickly as well, since I only use those for circling and underlining. Fortunately, I had bought refills, but the refills seem to be running out (drying out?) rather quickly as well. I take about 1-2 mini-notebook pages of notes per day.I really wanted to love this pen, but the overall quality is lacking.

This is the ONLY gel ink, 4 color pen BUT it has issues
I've bought and used these pens for the past 3 years or so, so I got a bit of experience with this one. I don't write reviews too much but this is needed. Get straight to the pros and cons:+ The ONLY gel ink, 4 color pen on the market. Others might "say" they are but they aren't, I've shopped around+ A perfect size of not too big to fit into a pen holder, too big to hold, and not too small. I wear a suit to work with a pen holder that doesn't accommodate those fancy big pens and this fits perfectly+ Cool design that mixes a pen click w/ the black ink selector. It's a seriously small genius idea+ You will get compliments with this pen. I've probably gotten more compliments on this pen than compliments on my own self :')--- INK. This is the largest drawback of this pen. The ink for all of them is halfway filled in the capsule and will run out quickly. They have refills which at least is okay but I know it's a design choice so they can keep making money. It's highly annoying- Spring for the ink color selectors will sometimes get dislodged. This will cause the ink selector to get jammed in the casing. You can finagle around and rearrange the spring to at least fix it but that construction is a bit poorOverall:Even with the cons this is the best 4 color pen imo, especially if you like gel ink. I really want to give it a 5 but the ink issue is highly annoying and I'm having to replace my black ink almost every 2 weeks or month depending on the writing I'm doing. That said it's better than these other low reviews are indicating. If you want a 4 color, gel ink pen, this is it. Just be prepared to keep buying ink for it.

Too pricey for quality
The media could not be loaded. I did not like the price of the pen. I was expecting a full metal pen with a little more weight behind it, but instead, it's a half metal and half plastic pen that feels light and cheap. I don't think I would be too upset about it if the pen wasn't so expensive. As far as the pen goes, the ink was good and it wrote well. I especially like that you could buy refills separate I especially like that you could buy refills separate. I wish more companies would do that.

Plastic Upper Barrel is a CRITICAL FLAW
The media could not be loaded. Ok, I was impressed with the quality of the ink, and smoothness of operation of this pen's cousin - the blk/red/blu/pencil version - however, I needed green ink more than pencil lead. So I got this instead.I've been using it for less than two months, and unfortunately found a critical flaw - that the upper barrel is plastic. That combined with a short threaded portion has led to failure of that critical joint where the two portions of the pen come together. In short, this pen lasted me less than two months, and I am hoping the manufacturer reaches out. Because if not, I will be asking for a refund.UPDATE: having received my replacement, I continued to encounter operational issues, where the pushing down of another color when one is already extended, would cause the two to jam midway. It appears that the cause of this was that the release of the extended pen would not occur until the selected replacement was about 1/3 along it's travel range. Sometimes, with nothing extended, pushing down on one of the colors on either side of the 'black' pen 'clip' would also start dragging down said clip/pen. This type of mechanism for multi-colored pens is not new by any stretch of the imagination. Both Papermate & BIC have had these since I was a child in the 70's. One can only surmise that there've been some serious compromises in design & QA/QC.The only positive thing about this DunBong product are the pens themselves. A serious enough of an indictment that I checked to see if the pen tubes would fit my uni JetStream, cut them down to size, so now my JetStream is loaded w DunBong pens, refills for which I'll be buying from this point. The rest of th DunBong pen is in the trash. If I could give this product zero stars, I would.

Bonito, pero alto precio
No es feo el bolĂgrafo, pero el costo que tiene es alto por lo que recibes. Y quedan dudas sobre los repuestos que necesita de donde conseguirlos. Creo que no lo comprarĂa a ese precio otra vez.
