I try buying made in America whenever I can and very happy to find these! Went ahead and bought a huge box, figuring my teenager will lose them to his friends, his back pack, bedroom floor of doom. Love the smell of fresh pencils:)

Ordered natural cedar US made pencils and received painted, cheap (possible offshore) pencils instead.

I bought these for use in our church. We often have events in which something must be filled out, etc.. I was tired of cheap pencils where the lead would always break. These, being cedar based, are far superior.Highly reocmmended.

Finally a pencil with an eraser that is totally neutral and natural! Only down side was the led was internally broken in several pencils so when we sharpened them, it just kept falling out.

Unfinished wood, so 1 or 2 of the first half I went through had an odd splinter, but as expected. I ran them all through the leaser engraver to customize them for a class, worked perfectly. Good lead, clean surface, excellent pencil.

Nice, clean, natural wood pencil without paint. Occasional one with lead off center just a bit. But still worth it.

Event though the quit putting their Logo on them, I kinda understand. In spite of that, besides the bare look of the Pencils, they actually feel good with a firm/dry grip and perform very well!

Good quality pencils. I use them everyday, and really like that there's no unnecessary paint on them. Looks really clean. Hardness of the graphite is as expected for a #2 pencil.
