The only corn meal I buy. I've been using this product for years and have never had any problems with the quality. Makes great corn fritters and seems to last a long time.

Good Corn Meal for cornbread; frying fish, etc. often not available in supermarkets. It will do you good when you need corn meal.

I love fried okra! but only if it has a nice crunchy "crust" on it when I indulge myself. This year it has been very difficult to find yellow corn meal for some reason, so I tried this brand since it seems it is a little more coarsely ground than others. My fried okra was perfect! I like the coarse grind and it makes a nice crust. Will try some homemade cornbread as soon as the weather cools down!

This product very much reminds me of something my grandmother would have and probably did use when baking.Good texture, excellent coloring, a solid, rugged flavor to bring back memories of when food quality was high and taste actually meant something.
