adjustment front derailleur
I did have a problem shifting to the big gear on the crank. I took it to my local bike shop and for less than $20, he had it shifting. The cable had a problem. Also made some minor adjustments that were my error since I never assembled a bike before. I was looking for a bike to do local rail trails that are not paved and not conducive to using a road bike. I feel this will do fine for what I want.It is for sure heavier than my road bike, but I feel that is due to the front suspension.I am happy with this bike and would purchase it again.

Truly an top tier mountain bike!
Truly an top tier mountain bike. The carbon fiber frame means the bike is light and easy to handle. The hydraulic brakes and Shimano gear package makes this bike a joy to ride. I did take it to a local bike dealer after I assembled it to make sure I did it correctly, which I did except for mounting the seat post backwards. Note: take advantage of the assembly video located on the Amazon product page.

I had high hopes for this bike; however, when it arrived it turned out to NOT be lightweight and was very uncomfortable to ride. I disassembled it and returned it.

Astronomically better bikes in the market for this kind of money.
Crap components (drive train, fork, brakes, wheels, tires etc)Super heavy for a carbon bike! My FULL suspension aluminum bike weighs the exact same as this carbon fiber hard tail! In no universe, should they weigh the same.People, you’re paying for the carbon fiber frame with this bike, which is scary on a couple of levels. First off, a decently constructed carbon fiber frame should never be this cheap. Secondly, You’re much better off getting an actual mountain bike with an aluminum frame and QUALITY components for this price range. In fact I could find 10 amazing aluminum bikes for under $1500 that would BLOW this thing out of the water for less money.$1900 will get you into a super nice Trek, Specialized, Norco or Giant with quality components and not some sketchy overpriced carbon hardtail with parts nobody has ever heard of besides the WTB saddle this bike has.Please for the sake of yourself, DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Issues with the bike after one day of used.
