I bought this item in January of 2018. The product arrived fast and worked great. The item received was correct and new, boxed in the original Xerox packaging with the official/genuine sticker. I registered the "supplies" serial number with Xerox for their rewards program, so I am pretty sure it is authentic product and not gray market. My printer showed the supplies status correctly, aligning with the page count as advertised. Because I was worried about refurb and gray market product, I did pay a little more to buy this directly from Amazon.com and not from a marketplace reseller.

Cartridge NOT FOR US REGION WILL NOT WORK
This cartridge will not work on US Xerox Versalink printers. Its a SHAME that Amazon allows these items to be sold on its site.

Toner cartridge is junk!
Every page I print is entirely gray due to the toner cartridge.... So frustrating for a company who needs crisp clear pages printed and spent this amount on money that is horrible quality!!!
