I purchased this doll to replace an American Girl Wellie Wisher that I broke while, mistakingly, trying to put it into a sitting position. I was astounded that her leg “joint” just shattered while an adult was positioning it normally and gently...and my daughter’s heart shattered along with it as it was her favorite doll!But this little cutie is a WELCOMED addition...and her NEE favorite doll!I purchased the blue haired version as it seemed to have the cutest/more drastic hair change combination. And it absolutely works. The hair changes, just as pictured, from white to pink in sunlight. It quickly changes back.Her face is adorable. Dolls can sometimes (ok, often) have creepy expressions. But this is actually cute! It has a gentle smile and bright eyes.The outfit is even cute. Playful enough for a young child (baby shark doo doo do do) but also stylish enough for an older girl. My daughter is 8.5 so she falls right in the middle. The silver high tops are personally my favorite part! This is the type of doll that you could give to a lot of kids because it is both girly, and not so girly.The body seems well made. It is a soft plastic. The arms and legs seem to rotate well.This is her first Adora doll and so far we are both pleased. I was never a child who played with dolls...but they were never this cool looking when I was her age!

This is a very nicely made doll. Great quality material on the clothes..I didn't expect wolf hair color to be purple. My Niece is five and was just so excited. Nicely packaged, received promptly., Beautiful face just adorable. I'll continue to purchase these dolls. I have recommended purchasing this companies dolls. Little Girls will just fall in love with them. Thank-You

I purchased all of the original wellie wishers dolls about 2 years ago, they ALL are missing a leg by the end of the first year we had them, 3 of them lost legs within 2 months. and American Girl will not repair wellie wishers, only the 18 inch dolls. Also I found out (too late) that it was a super common complaint. So, this time we tried Adora, and I can tell just by holding the legs they are far sturdier. My kids love the color streak in the hair. The hair is very fixable if kids mess it up!!! I was able to actually just comb it back into it's original curls using just a regular comb and no product or water at all. (just had to go in small sections)

This doll is super cute! We got the pink and blue dolls for my 2 daughters for Christmas. The hair changes color in the sun as advertised and they really are very cute. My only complaint with this is how sparse the hair is. Given the price of this doll, I would have expected better hair coverage for these dolls. My oldest is an 8yo who likes to style the hair. When she tries putting in a normal ponytail, she ends up with bald spots due to how thinly placed the hair is.Also, the shoes for other 14 inch dolls (like the Wellie Wished doll from American Girl) do NOT fit this doll. Adora dolls feet are bigger. The clothes seem to be interchangeable so that's good.

My daughter absolutely loves this doll! My only complaint is the doll is very small from what I was thinking. I thought it would be similar in highly and thickness to the American girl dolls or similar but I felt it was smaller height was still good but it’s a bit thin and light. It probably won’t last very long due to this.

I bought this doll for my collection and she is a cutie. Cannot say if the hair will hold up as it is not a play doll for me.
