Black Reinforced Canvas Bible Cover Case with Handle and Stationary, X-Large

This is absolutely the best Bible cover available!!! I cannot recommend it more highly.This is the second Bible cover I have owned from this manufacturer with this construction and style. I bought it for another study Bible I use. The first cover I have used for about 10 years. It is extremely durable! In fact, I plan to purchase 2 more covers for 2 more study Bible's I own.The extra large size is perfect for my Life Application NIV and NLT Study Bible's. I love the multiple pockets for pens, pencils, and highlighters. I also like the extra room for half size sheets of paper which I use for my personal Bible study.I have used other less expensive covers only to have them tear apart in less than 2 years as I have transported my Bible from place to place. Another Bible cover I used did not wear out but did not have a place for pens and paper so was not practical for my continued use.IMO you will not find a more durable, useful, and practical Bible cover. Considering the long term use this cover provides also makes it very economical.

I needed a Bible for a Bible study I'm starting. When my last Bible wore out about 7 years ago, I didn't replace relying on apps. But apps are specifically prohibited in the Bible study I'll be attending. I ended up purchasing the CSB Study Bible which is tall and thick. I measured the Bible before purchasing the cover because finding a cover large enough for the Bible was going to be difficult. When it arrived, I was skeptical that the Bible would fit in the cover, but it fit snugly. The CBS Study Bible is slightly taller and wider than the very popular ESV Study Bible, so unless it is also considerably thicker, the Bible should fit easily in it as well.The manufacturer is doing a disservice to themselves by including just one photo. From the photo, I guessed I could include a small pad of paper for notes and a pen and highlighter. So I will give a full review of all the storage spaces contained within this cover.On the top (visible in the manufacturer's photo) is pocket that zips open. Inside the pocket there is slots for three credit cards, with the bottom slot having a clear plastic window making it visible at a glance. My church bulletin (when folded in half) and prayer list (when folded in thirds) fits easily inside and will probably be the purpose for this space. But if you need to carry credit cards or need to clip something, you can as well). The space is too small for a notepad.On the top of the pocket, there are two spaces accessible by a zipper. The smaller space is half covered with a see through mesh window and the other half in the same canvas material of the rest of the cover. The large space just holds my cell phone. As I commute by bus most places, the smaller space could hold change for bus fare or earbuds, which is a nice feature but defintely not a selling point for me.The inside of the cover houses the Bible. It would be nice if it contained a pen clip, but it does not.It is lined with some kind of plastic or vinyl lining, so it should be at least water resistant if that is something you need in a Bible cover.On the bottom, things got a lot better very quickly for me. There are eight pen holders of varying widths. This was just large enough for the three highlighters and pen that came with it and the set of 8 highlighters I purchased at the same time, unaware the cover came with highlighters included in the price.On the other side the pen holders is a sleave without top or bottom that I use to hold the Bible Study book. I slip it inside the sleave and I have a medium sized notebook on the other side.There are a total of five zippers, and each zipper pull has a cross on it, which again is better to have than not, but would not be a selling poing.It only arrived yesterday and I took it to church today, so I can't review on how well it will stand up to use, and given the size and weight of the Bible it's carrying is a concern.

I really like this case a lot. Bought it for a Scofield III NIV Study Bible. Fits it very well and has lots of other compartments for storage.

This is extremely similar to the one that I bought at a Christian Book Store except workmanship inside is not the same. It seemed cheaply made, so I returned it.

Met all my expectations with ONE exception: the pen/pencil holder “pockets” are WAY too narrow. Should have stitched in one less in the given space and it would be perfect. As it is, there is a wider pocket that I used to put a highlighter, pen, and pencil in, so no big deal. Just a waste of space for the existing pen holders. Other than that, I am very happy with this cover.

I got this Bible cover after looking through dozens of them, trying to find one that would fit my Bible. I am very happy to say that this appears to be a quality product. I received it today, so have not had the opportunity to break it in and see how it wears with use over time. However, it appears to be solidly made and has a sturdy construction. It has three different zippered pockets separate from the main Bible area that can hold smaller items such as pens and small pads of paper. There is a larger, book sized pocket at the back, that can hold pens, bulletins, a larger pad of paper, etc. But most importantly, it will hold a Bible my size, which is this one:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1418542261/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1It fits nicely and is neither too large or too small. The zipper closes easily and there is plenty of room to spare, This particular Bible is 3100+ pages (listed size is 6.88 x 2.38 x 9.5 inches) and this cover works well with it. When I first saw the package, I thought that I had made a mistake as it was probably going to be too small. Fortunately, I was completely wrong about that.I wanted to provide a review (which I never do), so that folks would know that this cover will fit larger Bibles. As always, check carefully before ordering. I spent a lot of time trying to figure which one would fit my Bible. I am very happy with the size of this one and hope that it wears as well as it looks and fits.

I love the layout of this cover. The dimensions quoted, however, are not true. I have a large NIV giant print study bible that is within the inner dimensions quoted, but is a quarter to a half inch too tall and way to thick case. Please change your dimensions! Very impressed with the aesthetics, though.
