I learned about this tahini on a Master Class by Ottolenghi. It is delicious and it made the best hummus I’ve ever made.Company is great too- good packaging and nice info on their company sent with the product.Highly recommend.

This item arrived fresh and I found it to be high quality. It is perfect in a Humus or any Tahini sauce.

This tahini has no bitterness. I use it for hummus, brownies, salad dressing and for dipping fruit. It’s delicious right out of the jar.

Casing was leaking !!!!

Without a doubt, the best tahini. The flavor is richer than any other tahini I tasted. The quality is consistently good. I use it as a dip (Just add water, lots of lemon juice and a dash of salt), as a salad dressing, as a drizzle over fish or roasted vegetables.Super nutritious too. Lots of magnesium, phosphorus, iron and calcium. I highly recommend Al Arz tahini.

I cook Middle Eastern food weekly and have tried almost every single brand of tahini out there, and this by far my favorite.The flavor isn't too bitter, it's not too sweet (i.e. Soom tastes too sweet for my recipes) and it blends easily into recipes. It remains in a pourable, smooth state and the oil doesn't separate as much as the others.Highly recommend the product and it was sent very quickly by the this vendor.
