Certainly cheaper than buying actimel!
I bought this because I suffer with gastrointestinal problems, and had learned that poor gut health has a detrimental effect on mental health. Notably anxiety and depression. I have noticed a considerable improvement on my feeling of well being after a couple of weeks of taking this. I would recommend this personally.

Works for me
Pleased to be able to get these again! I tried another brand in the meantime, and they did help, but they're not as effective as these. While they don't get rid of all my IBS symptoms but they do make things much better :)

Great fast service
Service was amazing arrived two before agreed delivery time 👍 cannot comment on the tablets as with any form of vitamin or supplements it takes weeks to see any benefit so let’s hope for the best.

Don’t buy as they rip you off
But 4 as on offer ! All short coded. Impossible to use before the date expired. Totally unacceptable that a company flogs short coded product with no warning.

Give it the as it won't be overnight but will feel the benefits later.... Interesting if it lasts...
