Good
Good quality, good for the environment and your pocket. Can be a bit tricky when you first start using it to get it in place correctly but same as using tampons, it's just about practice, finding what position and technique is right for you. Once you've got it in right it's comfortable and you pretty much forget it's there. Easy to clean and store in the box it comes with

Takes pressure away from bladder
This does take pressure away from my bladder and this is the main reason I opt for this cup. However, I wouldn't recommend for new users to cups bevause this cup1 is very firm. Even folding it into your preferred method is going to take abit of strength compared to much softer cups. I have spent some time removing this and it has tired me out where I need to have a break! All because its sooo firm and so takes alot of strength to grab hold of the base and to break the seal to remove it.

Where had this been all my life
Wow. What a game changer. It is awkward the first time to get in and out but after 2 go's, it was easy. Couldn't feel it. And you can forget all about it for 12 hours. Money saving and great for the environment

Not so good
I have been using cups for years, but i wanted to change brand and i thought this one was a cheaper option than the one i used before and the brand is a known one so, why not.Unfortunately this one doesn't work for me. After using it for a few months I can't with it. First the rim going outwards doesn't help, its a nightmare to insert and hurts A LOT taking it out.Is made of a really had material that makes difficult to manipulate. It takes more than it should for it to get placed comfortably inside you.80% of the time i have to ask for help to take it out (it never happened before with other brands) In my opinion is because, again, the rim going outwars instead on inward. It doesn't bring instructions, luckily i don't need them, but a first time user may need some indications as it can be confusing to use it for the first time and takes time to get used to a cup.On the positive side, once is placed (after the struggle) is very comfortable and you don't notice it, it was cheap and i like a lot the "eggo" caseHope this is useful to someone :)

Not for me, thank you!
As I first-time cup user, I wouldn't recommend this brand. Chances are, if you're reading this, you’re considering buying this menstrual up, perhaps as a first-time user. Having spent weeks watching and reading reviews about menstrual cups, I believed, for several reasons, that this was the cup for me. I was wrong and have now purchased the Saalt Menstrual Cup in size small, and am having much more success. If you spoke to me a month ago about menstrual cups, I would have probably made a face and asked if I looked like a hippy tree-hugger. Who else would find delight in using such a contraption, I would have wondered. Well, as we have all been in lockdown for some time, I’m sure, like me, you’ve had some interesting things recommended to you on your Youtube feed which invariably lead you down a rabbit hole. In short, I wandered down the rabbit hole of the ladies from Put a Cup in It on Youtube who made learning about menstrual cups informative, entertaining and not at all gross! It wasn’t love at first sight, but long before I would have thought I would be, I was hooked on this new world and eager to take more control over my period. As to this particular choice, as I have become somewhat active in the last few years: I cycle commute 2 days a week, go to the gym 2 days a week and do 20 minutes of Pilates 2-3 days a week (I’m no Sporty Spice, but I am no longer a couch potato!), I figured I needed a relatively firm cup that would have no problems opening and would maintain its suction throughout my various activities.Though I don’t use tampons, I also like the brand and thought they would have put a lot of effort and research into their product, which I’m sure they did. However, the suction I mentioned before is exactly the suction that turned me off of this thing! It doesn’t break its suction when you try to remove it!Now, this isn’t one of those my-husband-had-to-help-and-I-ended-up-in-the-emergency-room types of reviews, but I realised there’d be no way I could guarantee that I could empty this thing without devoting an unknown amount of time in the bathroom trying to get it out! I wasn’t prepared for that level of commitment to something meant to make an already stressful, uh, period, easier! I would bear down with my Pilates strengthened pelvic muscles and push in an attempt to give birth to the cup. It would come down, success! But then when I’d pinch the bottom, try to wiggle, try to get a finger in there to push on one side, the seal simply stayed sealed! It was quite scary! I’d watched tonnes of reviews so I didn’t panic or yank or cause myself pain, but it was a little disconcerting and unreliable, and when you’re on your menstrual cycle, feeling disconcerted and facing unreliability are diametrically opposed to what you’re looking for!It didn’t turn me off of cups, however and so I decided to see if it was just me or if it was the cup. I have since tried the Saalt cup and though I have only done a few practice runs, I believe I have found a better match for me!

Arrived discoloured
I’ve used this menstrual cup before and had no issues with the cup itself. I haven’t used it yet as it arrived very discoloured this time. Looks like it has been used so I am a little worried about using it. Hoping I can get a replacement or refund as I really love using this cup.
