D'Addario PL020 0.02 Plain Steel Single String for Guitar

Perfect. I went by what a You Tube video instruction showed that would work in converting my tenor guitar to play like a ukulele. This wire was as advertised. it also made the guitar have a C wire / string on the third string. I moved the wound wire from the 3rd spot to the fourth. So the 4th is now a low G the third spot is C the 2nd I cranked it up from a D to E and l I left the first string / wire an A. I only had to purchase one new wire. I kept the one I removed incase I want to revert back to the regular tenor guitar txt was also tuned like a baritone ukulele which is tuned to the first 4 strings of a 6 string guitar. The Tenor Guitar is tunable to many ways. In the 1920's tenor banjo players were going to go out of business because the guitars were becoming popular. So they got tenor guitars and tuned them like their tenor banjos. Bingo no new fingering to learn.
