This CF-31 Mk3 is a thing of beauty, highest quality, and clean, plus it runs smooth as silk. The touchscreen and touchpad are just the right amount of sensitive, the keys work perfectly and without error, each of the ports still have their snug fit, and the Software is WAY better than I ever wouldve expected from a Toughbook. The CF-31 can interface with any system in any environment that you would need or want it to do so. It is an easily customizable system with darn near limitless potential, and that's just the internal hardware. I've added a Bluetoth(5.0) USB dongle, a WebCam, a SIM Card(4G LTE, remember!), SD Card, and USB Ext Thumb Drive, all without any issues. It runs fast, smooth, and pretty quiet. I've had it in 115 degree AZ heat and High Desert freeze, and it never lost a beat. THIS ARRIVED IN THE BEST PACKAGING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPUTER COMPANY--NEW OR USED. I'VE SAVED THE PACKAGING IN CASE I NEED TO SEND SOMETHING FRAGILE. APPEARANCE AND OPERATION ARE ESSENTIALLY EXCELLENT SO FAR. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BUY AGAIN FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY SEND USPS. NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS LEARN HOW TO USE W10 AND I WILL BE SET TO GO.

The cd player stopped working on the second CD the touch screen was not very good at all and the the touch sensitive mouse was way too sensitive and just flew all over. I don't use a computer much so it was a slow decline over 3 months. So it is just sitting there mocking me on how much I spent.

Chatted with tech support. Got a link to resolve problem with DVD.(supposed to be checked as working as part of referbishment).link tells me to check to see if the DVD is working.I PURSUED HELP BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING. It further suggests that I should check the optical drive. How could a consumer do this. BOTTOM LINE, I MUST PAY A QUALIFIED COMPUTER TECH TO MAKE REPAIRS. AMAZON IS A JOKE!

Received the unit two days after order. The unit looks like it is brand new. Operation was flawless.Had one minor issue, vendor response/customer service is excellent! Resolved my issue inrecord time. Thanks for a great product.

Its a perfect computer, got it in 3 days. looks new, runs great. i had to call for support to get on line they called back in less than a hour and got me up and running in no time at all. Im very happy with my toughbook. thanks.

I replaced my desktop computer with the tough book. The tough book is a tank! I am highly pleased with it. It arrived in top shape and clean as a whistle. If you buy a tough book don't think it has speech recognition, a high resolution screen or excellent speaker. It's very heavy and thick which I expected. It's nothing like the sleek look or thinness of Apple products. But I love well-built computers the hard drive can be removed by opening a small door and the battery can be removed by opening another door. It has virtually any port you can think of. Very pleased!
