Product description Ecopond Barley Bio Algae Control Is An Environmentally Friendly Product That Controls The Growth Of Algae And Weeds By Starving The Algae And Changing Water Chemistry. Contains Micro Organisms Specially Selected For The Control Of Algae. Cannot Be Overdosed. Safe For Fish, Plants, Humans, Pets And Wildlife. Usage 5000 Ml Per 90000 Liters. Directions 1. Remove as much filamentous algae as possible from the pond. 2. For an initial dose, add 125 mls per 4,500 litres of water. 3. For smaller ponds, apply a minimum initial dose of 70 mls. 4. For maintenance, add 20-40 mls per 4,500 litres of water weekly. 5. For smaller ponds, apply a minimum maintenance dose of 10 mls per week. 6. Regular use will prevent re-growth of algae.

I double dosed eventually vs concentration stated and it still not a single thing - waste of money

Early dosing is crucial
Has held back the blanketweed this year but have to dose early ie December through to May. Later dosing equates to not bothering at all

Don't waste your money
Dosed as recommended, over and over, until the whole 5l was used up. No effect whatsoever. Seller unhelpful and quite abrupt.
