Beware the Sizing Bait and Switch
So annoyed at Amazon over this product. Paid about $15 for an advertised 5 lb bag of flour bc I couldn’t find any due to COVID hoarders (thanks neighbors). When it arrives, it was a 2 lb bag, and bc it’s a pantry item, I can’t return it.

This flour is very powdery ; it works better for cakes and cooks

The instruction is misleading. It said to rinse floor.
I did not use it because it has a misleading instruction rinse the floor and also it can contain sand
