Q: Is 7 ounces about a one person serving? :(

Technically a serving of cheese is 1 ounce. I might want to eat a whole 7oz in one sitting, but that would be pretty excessive. I would say 7oz should serve at least 3 people. (But I tend not to share when so buy snowdonia cheese!)

Well I guess it depends on the person... 1 ounce is considered a serving size of cheese. .. but lots of people eat 2-3 ounces... a hungry man could probably easily consume this amount.
