I have really bad anxiety and this stuff is a life saver. If I’m having anxiety about something I have to do I take one 10-15 minutes beforehand and though it doesn’t take the anxiety away, it feels more manageable and I feel significantly calmer. I accidentally ordered the capsules once, but these are the best. Solaray is going downhill fast. The extra ingredients are not good for us. There's no reason to stick little bits of poison in as "other ingredients." Most citric acid is made from GMO corn. I don't want that. And then look at some of the other ingredients. Do your research.
