Came expired not good at all

I really like this supplement! Most multivitamin products for hair, skin, and nails suggest a daily dose of at least three large pills, and sometimes even more. Yuck! This product only suggests one or two a day, depending on your needs. And while they're large, they aren't giant horse pills. They're also coated, so they're even easier to take. This product is packed full of 27 vitamins that are proven and known to encourage hair growth and overall skin health. This is a high-quality product. It's halal-certified, gluten- and gelatin-free, and non-GMO. It's also lab-tested and made in the USA! This is great stuff, and I feel good taking it. I know it's safe and my nails and skin look great. Five stars!

I have been looking for gelatin free tablets for a while so had to try this after seeing that this did not contain gelatin. Choice of a pink color for tablet was interesting. Taste was okay.It does list all key information on the label and expiration date was also visible on the bottom of the container.Best thing was that the container was sealed twice to ensure it was not tampered with (there is an outer protective shield on the cap, and then a seal on the bottle top).Overall, this provides some key vitamins necessary for hair and nails so I am happy to get a gelatin free option. I do hope the flavor profile for this tablet is improved and size could be made a little smaller.

These capsules are really great in a number of ways. First, the nutrition label on the bottle I received matches that in the stock photo listing. That gives me peace of mind that I am getting the nutrition I seek in a product as this. Next, these tablets are easy to swallow gel caps. Just a few sips of water is all it requires to ingest. Third, there are no nasty aftertaste effects or post consumption issues, so far. Fourth, the ingredients list contains no fillers or binders that appear unhealthful or concerning.Meanwhile, as a reviewer for products sold on Amazon, I'm not allowed to make any medical claims for supplements. You should always check with your own health care provider before using any supplement. Also, any one person's "results" honestly have no bearing on how a supplement will affect you. Hence, why I am not attempting to describe any professed results here.

My wife has been taking biotin for a few years now, to the point where it just HAS to be a daily thing.These tablets are no worse, but also no better, than others, as far as taste and ease of swallowing goes.The value is also on par for many other biotin supplements.One thing she DID notice after taking this one for almost a full month: she has a section of hair at her brow line that has grown back in over the last few years, but has developed a bit of a cowlick. While taking these biotin supplements, the around this cowlick has finally grown longer and stronger, to the point that it now can be shaped to subdue the cowlick! That's a first. So, with longer, stronger hair, she's glad she tried these. She's just not sure how much would have happened had she continued the previous supplement, and how much is actually due to THIS supplement.She's definitely staying with some form of biotin supplement -- whether it will be this one or another will mostly come down to the issue of cost.Bottom line for us: it was well worth giving it a try, and at least she didn't LOSE ground, as she has on some biotin supplements!
