One of the best gratitude journals I've seen
I really love the quality of this journal!!! The outer covering feels sturdy and the material is so smooth to touch. This journal is for 52 weeks which is great because I love looking back and older journal entries and seeing how its changed over the months. I also really enjoy the "Currently" pages where you write about what you're currently loving, feeling, enjoying, wishing, etc. because it gets you thinking about gratitude but in a deeper way than to say what i'm grateful for each day. I like how it also adds in things like what i'm currently anticipating and planning because it motivates me to think more about my future and my goals.Overall I rated this a 5/5 because of the quality of the journal and most importantly because of the content and how it's structured. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is seeking to adopt a more positive mindset and be happier overall. I enjoy the scientific approach to this journal and I believe it will benefit so many people and I definitely notice that when I journal about what i'm grateful for, especially in the mornings, I have a much more positive outlook throughout the day.

Well thought-out design and high quality material
Great quality outer material. Lies flat for easy use and insides include mood-tracking and including intentions and gratitude notes. Can't wait to use it to track and grow mindfulness.
