IT IS SEMI SYNTHETIC..NOT FULL...Maybe I should have read closer..
It is what it is! Semi-synthetic.. I didn't read closely enough and thought it was full..the initial description does NOT note this. I did NOT like that at all. But if I had fully read, I would have noted it. I won't deduct a star, but I probably should..the price should have told me as well. But I am going to use it without reservation. Still wish I had full synthetic. Lower units are low tolerance machines and sythetic or blend is the ONLY way I will run!

Good Price, Free Shipping from Amazon Prime, and Great Product
After much research I ordered this product and was not disappointed. In a world where everyone is an expert, due to the internet, I will not pretend to know the chemistry behind this oil. If the oil is synthetic, which the label says it is, and the oil is the viscosity is made for lower units, which the label says it is, then it should be good. Star Brite has been a good product line for me. I have purchased cleaners, polishes, and other types of their products and never been disappointed.

Keeps my classic Yamaha outboard running
Exactly what I need to change the oil in the lower unit of my 1987 Yamaha two stoke.I use the oil for a season and always change it when I wintwrsize in the off season.One bottle fills the lower unit.It’s a 115 hp engine.If you found my review useful, please consider selecting the "helpful" button.
