These work just as good as name brand. Affordable, quality of documents seem to be equal to what name brand cartridges do.

In the beginning I didn't' receive my correct amount of ink, contact them by email and they response was fast. They went above and beyond to correct the issue.

You get what you pay for, the ink quality in these cartridges is horrible. I run a print shop and the photo black cartridges in this set constantly clogged my print head. Out of curiosity I compared the ink from these cartridges to what I usually use. These cartridges are all slightly lighter and less vibrant when compared to my usual brand. Yellow was especially bad, I could not print accurate colors with any of these. I tried them in different machines throughout the year to give them the benefit of the doubt. No matter what I did, I could not get these to print well. These may be good for regular document printing if you don't care about accurate color or print durability/longevity. These won't work for me, all they are doing is wearing down my print heads. I ended up throwing them all out in the trash.

I like the value of these inks but I had to scrap a few of my prints because the inks would bleed.
