Got mine today and was exactly as pictured but have to agree with the 1 start rating if I got what he showed picture of I too would have been disappointed. Sometimes manufacturers drop ship and miss the OC process of their production run. I am very happy with showed up today.

Pictures are misleading, a fake.
What I received does not look like what is in the picture. It is a knock off or an unfinished product. The donut part is not rounded. It will eat up up the tow pintle over time and cause major safety concerns. Look at the picture. I want my money back. Very disappointed.
