Nice Pan
As you probabley know, Le Creuset make quality, albeit expensive products. This frying pan is no different.. It's a nice reasonably light weight pan that works on all hob types, inc induction, which I have. I've noticed a few bad reviews on here but I'm sure that's not down to product quality, more misuse. I generally get through a non stick pan every couple of years as like to cook my steaks etc on a high heat. The last 30cm pan I bought (which I'm still currently using) was a Circulon & didn't meet my expectations as food started to catch after about 12 months but I suffered it until I saw this one in the sale. For the record, my other pans are Le Creuset stainless which I find excellent & resilient to high heat, ovens & dishwashers. The only thing I would say as a negative is that Le Creuset pans are expensive so keep an eye out for them cropping up in the Amazon sales & take advantage of the pan sets when they're on offer as they seem to be better value.

High quality as expected
High quality as you’d expect. I still have my mothers Le Creuset roasting pan from late 60,s and still doing it’s thing. Anything from them is an investment but it works out cheaper in the long run. Makes cooking a real pleasure. Easy to clean and season

Read the instructions before use!
You need to season the pan with Olive oil, the pan is only suitable for low or medium heat.if you use high heat, the pan will scold and the non stick will be ruined. Be aware of a buying these preowned as people are selling these as they have ruined the non stick but gave them a good clean. This is a good pan if you use it as per the instructions but if you use high heat or put it straight into cold water after use... you will ruin the panA good alternative is the Ninja anodised pan, but this is my favourite pan.Buy brand new, not preowned!!

It is the best Frying Pan I have ever used
It is might be heavy but does its job perfectly, where it is meet or potato. I do not need put much oil with this pan. Highly recommended.

Just don't overheat and burn the lining!
Had one that I loved, that after 3 years of daily use started to lose its non-stick. After re-reading the instructions it talks about not overheating and burning the lining, which can be seen by a discolouration - which mine had. Will be more careful with 2nd, as they're a joy to use.

Excellent pan.
Expensive, but I do like Le Creuset pans. I have had a number of these pans over the last 10-12 years and they all have had to be replaced due to the surface starting to flake off around the top (admittedly after a few years). Not ideal, especially considering that they have not been treated badly.Nevertheless I have decided to purchase a new set as I understand that the coating is now 'tougher' than before. I hope so! (Highly recommend following the product instructions, as they really need to be 'primed' before use).
