I ordered this product recently and the device I received had a couple flaws. The company immediately responded to my concerns and offered to send me a new replacement product. After I receive the new product I will update this review.I very much appreciate that this company stands behind it's product. Thank you to the customer service team who resolved my situation quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.

Don’t buy poor quality. I have had 2 of them. They replace first one and now I’m stuck with broken one.

Received 1st unit in a timely manner. Upon opening the shipping box, the unit appeared to been used as I found dog/cat hairs on the Velcro and upon further inspection, the cord was frayed where attached to the main unit. I called Brace Direct customer service and the situation was handled immediately. I was emailed a shipping label to return the unit and Brace Direct shipped a new unit the same day ( I received the new unit in 4 days). I cannot comment on the unit as I haven’t tried it yet. I can say I was pleased with the customer service.

Love it! Can't live without it. I use it 4 or 5 times each day. I found out about it from my PT Doctor. She suggested it to me, and showed me how to use it to help me with neck, spine, and back pain. I'm VERY HAPPY with it, and it's easy to use.THANKS!

It started working fine down the board inside the traction machine broke and the manufacturer that makes it says I have to go to Amazon

As of today 12/30/21, I ordered this in May and found out they only have a one month return policy and that’s unacceptable considering the machine is not latching anymore and won’t go up higher then 5inches before resetting itself to the base level.I’ve been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for two years now and this helped along with the chiropractor and good doctors. Yet I’m not 100% and don’t wanna risk anything going back to before, so I stretch and make sure to use this machine twice a day and a minimum of fourteen times a week!

First, this device is very effective initially and simple to use. The straps could have been better designed and more comfortable.My unit lasted me about 88 days with daily use until the last day when the dial mechanism apparently broke on the inside, rendering the entire device useless.

Initially an amazing device it helped so much. After about a month where i used it maybe 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes it slips. Meaning you go from some amount of traction to 0 instantly, pretty much like jerking your head very hard. Upsetting for how much it costs, don't use it now because it might instantly go from 2 inches of traction to 0 which which feels like your neck snapping. If you got your neck injury through a sudden movement well when this fails it's the same thing. Also the refund process requires it to be unused. Go for some other similar device has a decent return/replacement policy. Most of these devices rely on coiled up springs which can fail fast depending on quality. This market targets and prays on people in pain so look for something else and also keep in mind replacement policy before you gamble on hundreds.
