HP Laserjet M402N Laser Printer (Renewed)

Saved a bunch buying refurbished. The printer is like new condition, what a gem!

The unit arrive looking like new but missing toner cart & owner manual. I called customer service & they were sent out without question. A few days later I couldn't get it working with my laptop. Once again I called customer service & within an hour a tech called & solved the problem within minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the product & the support. Great job.

My company has close to a dozen of these printers that I'm responsible for managing. I work for a printing company, so we have SO MANY printers and I'd definitely recommend this printer over some of the other models I've dealt with. These printers rarely jam, the setup is easy, the printer has a simple design and build to make any needed teardowns easy, and it prints at least 90% of the time. It's also lightweight, has a small footprint, and it's pretty quiet.

We were iffy on getting a refurbished printer, but decided to try this one because it used the same toner as other printers in our office. It arrived quickly and was packed safely; setup was easy and the printer works well. Very pleased!

product works good, but what stood out is their customer service. I mistakenly thought the printer was inop and wrote to them inquiring about a refund. Their response was quick and precise. My mistake as I was looking at the wrong printer (i have 3 of them all same model).
