This is a great product and gentle (and tastes good) and the kids love because it is fizzy and cheerful...and it helps right away for an upset stomach and last for about 30 minutes. However, the same brand and same size bottle cost $3.25 in my local speciality store!

I was a loyal Brioschi drinker for years. I told everyone about it. Then they ruined it, and I went searching for another.First I jumped to Galeffi. It was fine. Much better than the new Brioschi, but not as good as the old Brioschi, so I knew it could be better.Then I found Crastan. This is the digestive effervescante for me. Tastes great, fizzes like a madman, takes care of the burning in your heart. Plus I love that it comes in a glass jar - so classy.

Has an after taste. But bitter

I put very little in my water and drink it before meals. I haven’t had a heartburn ever since. Disclaimer: I never really had a very bad one - only after I eat pasta and tomato source or after I eat salmon. However, since I started drinking water with Crastan, I’ve never had any heartburn

I am so happy that I have found a replacement for the original Brioschi I grew up with as a kid in Italy ! this tastes very very close to it, maybe a bit more lemony, but not in an offensive way. This is way better than the reborn Brioschi on sale on Amazon, which is much blander and sweeter.

Does the job okay, but it's way too sweet.I wish they'd leave the sugar out altogether, or at least keep it minimal.I don't know Italian, but it looks like it contains both sugar (1st ingredient) and glucose syrup both. (?)(I welcome a correction if I'm wrong.)Have taken it at least a half-dozen times or more at bedtime for acid stomach, and almost every time it kept me awake or gave me an extremely restless night.However, it did knock out the acid/indigestion. I was trying to find a replacement for the good old Brioschi, so I tried 4 different products, and this was one of them.
