The bucket is stronger that the Lowes and Home depot buckets
I paint pickleball courts and carry my paint mixed with sand to the courts. The weight of each bucket when filled is approximately 55lbs. The Living Whole Foods 5 gallon bucket is 90mil while its competitors are 70mil. Big difference in strength. I mix my product in the bucket with a drill mixer and with the other products the sides and bottom will start to give out after 3-5 uses. Works like it should
I filled with boiling hot liquid to sterilize some grains. Put the lid on. Next day the side were concave and sucked in. Took the lid off, use the materials inside. Bucket was still squeezed all around the center sides. Couple days later and it has popped back out, reformed to its original shape. Pretty happy about that!!

Reasonable quality, but the lids don't fit well
I am using these for collecting sap from maple trees. The buckets are average quality in terms of ruggedness, but the lids don't fit well. I want to be able to have the lid be secure when it is on, yet reasonably easy to take off. These lids do neither.

Clean sturdy bucket
I need a food grade bucket to store 20 lbs of rice. This bucket is perfect for the job. It is big enough even to store 25 lbs of rice. This bucket is light and sturdy and fits nicely under my kitchen island counter.

The Best At What It Does
I use it to store dog food(kibble). Although it's tougher to take the lid on and off than other similar containers, no other containers seal as well as this one does. If you're looking for a container that seals better than all the rest, look no further than this one.

Durable
I bought this to store my flour in and I am happy I did. It is a good quality bucket with a tight fitting lid. It arrived in good condition. I didn't find it dirty or any odor to it. I will confident that my flour will stay bug free and be fresh. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future
