I bought my nephew the Bruder recycling truck and these cans. I think he liked the novelty of the cans a bit more than the truck. Buy to sets of cans!

Great little garbage cans. Very well built, and the attention to detail is great. Worth the $15 for the set. A little expensive for my needs (additional cans for the Matchbox Garbage Truck [Amazon Exclusive]). They can be made to work with the Matchbox truck with a few rubber bands around the can. The rubber bands (or zip tie, or electrical tape) should be placed where the truck dumping arm grabs the can to lift and it should work with the dumping arm.

I LOVE THE NEW TRASH CANS!!!!!They are so nice and fit great with my Bruder trucks!!!I do think they are a little over price and, I think you should bye this because there nice and vary useful and make the fun last longer. If you have more then 1 Bruder garbage truck then I think you should bye more then 1 package of trash cans because even tho theirs more I think its still not enough so im always getting more!I think there good toys but little over priced.I hope you have the same experience!

My young teen saw these while I was browsing Amazon toys for gifts for a younger child. He was so tickled by them that I added them to his holiday gift list.These are high quality plastic toys. They open and close like real garbage cans would, but are a nice size for desktop toys.I don't know why they are so cool to my son, but I'm happy that this small gift made him so happy. He even mentioned two months after the holiday how much he liked the gift and thanked me again!

My son loves using these with his Bruder garbage truck. My only issue is the can be tough to attach to the lifting mechanism so he can "dump the trash" into the truck. Overall a good accessory and he is getting plenty of use out of them. I deducted a star for the attachment and also due to price-a little high for 4 small plastic cans.

One of my grandsons has a thing about garbage trucks. They all did at one point, but this one has specialized. He likes to sit on the couch with me sometimes and watch garbage trucks at work on YouTube. He can identify front loaders, side loaders, and all the strange combinations that exist. His fleet of toy garbage trucks is up to seven now and these garbage can sets are key to his everyday play as he sets them up around the room and follows his route, picking them up and dumping whatever "trash" he's loaded into them into his trucks to drive away.

Bruder makes such good trucks and they also make good accessories for creative play. My grandson has a few garbage trucks and loves to pretend to empty garbage and do recycling. These are terrific and he plays with them endlessly. I was very happy with this purchase and they definitely add to the fun of playing with the trucks.
