Just what I needed!
I bought a Sidekick light out at the Long Beach Scuba Show in California last year, to use with a GoPro. I started thinking, though, that I'd like to also try using the Sidekick with my Olympus TG-860 and U/W case on a dive trip this year. While thinking of a way to adapt the light, I happened on the Cold Shoe adapter while looking online. This works great for attaching the Sidekick light to the standard flash mounting point on a camera or case.For a compact lighting system useful in underwater photography or video, the Sidekick is a great option, and the Cold Shoe adapter expands its applications to a wide variety of cameras beyond the GoPro series.
