3 Burner Deluxe Gas BBQ Grill, Piezo Ignition, Stainless Steel, Wheels - DG16

Simply one of the most straightforward items I've ever had to put together. Yes, one screw didn't fit (incorrect thread installed and it didn't match what was instructed in the manual), but there were enough spares at a different size that fit perfectly. The instructions were very easy to follow. It took about 90 mins altogether. I undertook a quick burn today upon assembly and it took 5 mins to get to 200 degrees C. Just waiting for the weather to get cooking! Looks great too. Fast delivery. Very impressed so far.

Easy to build, however the thermostat inner hole on lid was in the wrong place and I needed to drill it so that the thermstate could fit. Not a diificult thing but disappointed in the lack of detail by the manufacturer in designing it.Overall very happy so far.

An excellent 3 burner bbq. Took time to assemble and some narrative would have been helpful. However, everything fitted together and lined up perfectly and a generous quantity of screws where provided. It would have been helpful to have the cells containing the screws annotated A,B,C,etc.,on the side of opening.Overall I would highly recommend this ‘Made in Britain’ product.

Really disappointed with this bbq, it looks great but food only cooks at the back area of the bbq & not at all near the front. We used our old bbq until it was falling apart & decided to get a more expensive one thinking it would last longer as we used our old one all the time. We have hardly used this bbq since getting it as everything either burns or doesn't cook & it's a nightmare to clean too! Don't waste your money, we will be getting a new one for next year & getting rid of ours.

Can't review the BBQ in use yet but had to comment on the speed of delivery and quality of the packaging and instructions. Both were fantastic. The BBQ arrived so quick it was here before I ordered it! The scale of the varying parts was initially intimidating but the detail of instruction was great and the parts all seem well made which made construction of the thing really simple. I'm no DIY expert but it took me about 2 hours on my own. Watch your fingers on some sharp edges though! Will update with BBQ experience when the weather turns!

I purchased this a couple of months ago to replace a stainless steel 4 burner gas BBQ which had (and still was) giving excellant service for over 15 years. Unfortunately time and the salty weather on the SW coast of Cornwall had taken their toll and the stand was was getting very rusty so I decided to invest in this one as a replacement. I have now used this one about 6 or 7 times and, tbh I am quite disappointed with it. There seems to be a lot of difference in heat between the rear and front of the cooking area and it struggles to maintain heat unless the lid is kept closed. I find that I need to have all three burners lit even if only using 1/3rd or 2/3rds of the cooking area. Maybe I am biased because my old BBQ was so good in comparaison. I will persevere with the Dellonda for the remainder of this summer but am already thinking of selling this and buying another before next year.

Had a slight problem with order but rectified very quickly. Would recomend this company
