That this does not give you no hot water at all
This item is very very bad it has cost me over £200 to have this installed thats over £300 and it’s no hotter then a bottle of water from the fridge now it’s going to cost me more money to call the plumber back to take it out for me to send back this should not be selling on this site at all I do hope Amazon’s takes the right steps and take this off there site and stop this from robbing people

Not powerful but works
Like others have said this is efficient for the money provided you set the flow right. I am planning to put this one is a campervan so flow is not the issue. I rigged up a test to see what I would get and have readings of nearly 50degC off the mains. This will be more than adequate for my needs. Maybe even too hot to shower with on its own! Would be better with a manual temperature adjustment.

this one works well but wish I had bought a more powerful one.live & learn I suppose...

Long lasting and working without any problem
I bought 2 of these (one for kitchen sink, one for bathroom basin) almost 3 years ago and both working like new.People who complains about these kind of water heaters first should research how they work and how to use them.1; Don't expect a hot shower experience. This you plug into your wall socket, for anything more powerful you call an electrician who pull a cable through your house connected to your fuse box to work.2; Control your water flow. Winter-spring time when the weather is cold therefore the incoming water temperature is colder obviously you will have a lower temperature if you keep the same water flow as in summer-autumn period. Reduce the flow the temperature will go up.3; Get an aerator for your tap so it gives you the feeling you have a proper water pressure, instead of complaining it only trickles. Works exactly like water saving shower heads. Much less water gives you the same feeling than a traditional shower head gave with twice as much water flow.I managed to install it without any plumbing experience. The pictures I shared were taken in December and I live in the London area (for time and location reference)

Lukewarm water
Even at a very low water flow, the water is only luke warm. May be fit for use at a handbasin, but definitely not a kitchen sink or a shower.I am returning.

Good little heater
This heater is to supply hot water for hand washing in in single toilet in house pressure to heater is good so turned it down to allow heater to produce water at 40 degrees as indicated on heaterInstallation is easy and I have located it under hand wash basin using flexible pipes The size of heater is just right comes with led indicator which displays the temp.Quality seems okPressure at tap is reduced due to turning pressure down but just adequate for intended use
