Easy to install, attractive and comfortable.

Wood Seat
Item as described and fast shipping. I would do business with them again. Looks great. I will be coating it with varnish before use to shield against urine saturation that makes the veneer peel off.

Broke in the first month.
The wooden part of the seat is nice and seems well made, but one of the plastic spacers on the bottom shattered and mostly fell off within the first month of installing it. Now the seat loosens up no matter how often we tighten it because one spacer is lower than the other. Seat would have been great if not for the cheesy hollow plastic spacers on the bottom of the seat.

Did not receive Bemis product, received a Mayfair..
I specifically ordeared a Bemis toilet seat, like one I already have, what I received was a Mayfair seat! Not solid like the Bemis just not the same at all!Unfortunately my husband had it out of package and half installed before I realized it was not the Bemis seat I ordeared! Needless to say they show one item and send something similar! Not a happy camper at all!
