Design fault
This is a very nicely made product but I just don’t understand the design! I bought it to ease my feet into Chelsea type ankle boots. There is a bendable connection between the top of the horn and the handle which makes it impossible to feed my foot onto shoe horn to help my foot into my boot - it just collapses and I can’t get my foot into the boot. This is unfathomable to me!

Easy to use.
Easy to use without bending. I like this piece of kit other members of the family preferred the more solid shoe horn it replaced. Like any tool replacing a well used item it feels a little different but that is not the fault of the tool. The actual 'horn' part of the tool is fairly thin and I thought it may not be up to the job but so far there has been no problem at all.
