Same as the G7X
Said it was used but came looking brand new, in the original box including the charger, camera strap, and camera covers. If I didn’t read the description saying it was used I would’ve thought it was brand new. The quality is insanely good, gives the look of the canon g7x but at a lower price. The only down side is that the lens is detachable, could be a benefit if you want to try out a different lens just makes it too bulky to really fit in a small purse. But regardless an amazing camera

Beginner friendly worth every penny. Highly recommended
It came looking brand new with everything in it. It was delivered on time too. When I first got it I was so confused cause it’s my first camera ever, I had done some research before getting. I learned to work my way with the settings and play with them when necessary the camera’s quality is so good.

Great Camera- Like new
The camera works great, definitely a cheaper version of the canon g7x and it comes with everything except an SD card. Would’ve thought the camera was brand new if it didn’t say refurbished.

Loved it so much that I bought two!
My go to camera for vlogging and our podcasts! Super easy to use & great quality media - so much so that I bought a second one for shots where we have two cameras going. My only gripe with this one from Amazon is that the batteries are not very high quality. I would recommend getting another set of Canon ones for the longest shooting time without interruption!

Useless because of crap battery.
Took a chance and bought this renewed. Big mistake.The camera and lens itself was fine. In perfect condition. However, the battery this came with was a some generic no name. It failed within an hour of using it. I had charged it overnight the night before. Failed while recording a video this morning. I tried to recharge it again. It worked for another 23 minutes. Then Failed completely! Won't charge and is slightly bloated. Definitely scared to try charging it again.Definitely a one star. Doesn't matter what condition the camera came in if I can't use it due to crap battery. Why not include a renewed real Canon battery.Why this didn't come with a proper Canon battery I don't know. I bought a real Canon battery and it worked perfectly. Thank god this was a test run. Would have really sucked if this was during travel it critical shoot.

Decent camera but not the best portability
Comparing my 2 cameras: this one and my Cannon G9X Mark2. I bought the EOS simply because of the increased megapixel count. Both cameras have decent resolution. The EOS is not as simple to just pull out of your pocket and shoot. It's bigger and the extended lens harder to adjust. The G9X one simply opens and you're ready to shoot. Zoom on the G9x is better, 80mm vs 55mm. The EOS with the smaller "pancake" lens is just OK but no zoom although closeups will be better. I don't do much video but the EOS seems to "jump" a little, the G9X does not. All in all I prefer the G9x.
