Noticed a difference on the first use, but it took a few uses to notice a 100% difference.

It does a good job at keeping my itching and scaling under control.

I have struggled with itchy scalp/dander/whatever the heck is on my head for YEARS. Literally tried every possible shampoo or treatment, some things make it better, but only slightly. I've always been so envious of people who can go a week without washing their hair by using dry shampoo--I could never because of my scalp. Three days is my max because it's SO itchy and whatever nasty white creamy stuff my nails scrape away. It's gross.I don't know what's in this, but it didn't ease the problem. It completely eliminated it. I have never had the problem and itching completely eliminated before. I finally had to cut my nails last week because they were so long they were catching on stuff, but I have never been able to have long nails because of how much my head itches, and it hurts, and long nails made it worse. I had bought a bunch of scalp drops and things to try but I haven't even had to use them because my head never itches. I've gone several days with dry shampoo and only have to wash because I know I have a lot of product in my hair--not because it hurts.Literally the best thing I've ever found or used for itchy scalp.
