The Scofield Study Bible III: New International Version-Bonded Leather (burgundy)

This is an excellent study Bible as well as a GREAT BIBLE

So I have used and loved the "Old Scofield Study Bible", KJV, for years and it is a wonderful bible. I have multiple copies. So my new church uses the NIV so to facilitate some Bible Study there I bought this Bible. Sad to say it is not the NIV!! Check out John 11:45, not NIV!! Also at church I noticed as I read along I was "off" throughout someone else reading the 1984 NIV. I don't know what's going on but I won't use this Bible any longer. Also having read the KJV for over twenty years there really is no comparisons and the "updated" Scofield Study Notes are not an improvement, C.I. would not be happy!! In a nutshell; get the Old Scofield, KJV.

I absolutely love this bible! It’s a great size and has a great feel. The commentary and articles, concordance (and literally so much more) are so in depth!

This is the best study bible, in my opinion, and is appropriate for home study as well as for use at Church. The Bible is extremely well made and contains many references for use while reading and studying the Word of God.

I absolutely love this bible! It has every thing even little divider sort things so it doesn't take you forever to find what part of the book you're supposed to be in. Its a beautiful version and it came much faster than i had expected.

Love the feel of the bible & the print. Not as much study commentaries as the MacAuthor study bibles though.

Undoubtedly one of the best study Bibles available. I have owned Scofield Bibles since I was 18. I own several other Bibles but my Scofield is always my favorite for in depth study of the scriptures. Insightful commentary, indexed, concordance, maps - it has everything.
