Mislead and Mis-sold
Regardless of the 'legal disclaimer', the seller should ensure the product description and photograph is accurate of that which is to be dispatched to the customer, to ensure the customer is not being mislead and mis-sold to.Neither the product description, photograph or product quantity is accurate (only 350ml, not 400ml).I was specifically looking for the original version of this product, hence incredibly disappointed/irked at having received the 'new improved' version which can be bought from any local store.
