INCREDIBLE product
Writing a review after years of my husband using this product. He rarely finds such a quality product with running that has the kind of longevity Hydrosleeve does, and when we were down to one bladder, the owner sent us a couple new ones at no cost! Beyond excellent customer service to pair with a product of the same caliber. Wonderful for any long distance runner counting the spaces between water stops!

Small vs Medium Review
I want to start of by saying, that this thing is phenomenal. That is one of those products, that will make it`s way to the top. I came across Hydrosleeve, when I was looking for a small, plastic, refillable water bottle, that I could throw inside my purse for hot days. I noticed, that a regular size water is too much of a water, but too heavy to carry, if I go for a single walk or run. The Hydrosleeve with the capacity of 7.5 oz is about half size, which is just perfect, and the hands free solution sold me on this product right away. The shade of blue on it, is aqua (exactly matching aqua FlipBelt), if anyone wondered. My arm width is exactly 10.5 inch, I noticed inconsistency with sizing, none size fits me. Following other reviewers advises (thank you anyhow) to size up, I ordered medium. The product box states: Strap length small fits 7.5 - 11 inch, medium 10 - 15, L 14 - 21. An extra sticker on my box says medium 11 - 15.5.The medium strap was an inch too long for me to properly fasten it, and at the minimum 2 inches too long to tight it to my liking. I went for a jog with it and I had to hold my arm in the upper position to minimize the feeling of my Hydrosleeve sliding. I contacted the Hydrosleeve customer service and the founder, Justin Lynch, was courteous to send me a replacement in small, free of charge. I measured the band lengths and between the two sizes there is roughly 5 inches difference (!!).The small size, on the other hand, is about an inch too short for me to properly close it, and is lacking at least two inches to being comfortable. I`m going to use both of the sleeves alternately, depending If I will feel like I prefer a too loose or a too tight fit that day. I`m also considering tailoring the medium one. That all being said, if I had to choose one, I personally would prefer a small size. Besides that minor infraction, this product does not contain any other cons.Pros:- Very high quality materials and flawless design,- Sipping mechanism is genius, it`s easy to drink while in motion and it does not split,- You actually can put your keys inside the pocket, you may first put it in it`s own sleeve for protecting the pouch; other solution is getting the FlipBelt, I find those two products greatly compliment each other,- The band is very comfortable and it generally does not slide, if you are lucky to match with the right size,- It`s not heavy, you almost don`t feel it,- It`s easy to refill, once you figure it out,- You look like a professional jogger with it,- Packaging is very modern and pretty, suitable for gifting.Suggestions:- Adding a XS size and adjusting the others,- Like others suggested, more colors, I would love to buy an aqua or lime neon green,- I don`t suggest adding any pockets or extras to it, the product is simply perfect as it is.I as well got a handwritten note from the Founder, I find it very thoughtful, thus I decided to help with my feedback.* I would like to update after 10 weeks of consistently using this product. I`m wearing size S, however I like to ask someone to close it for me, as it`s easier to do with two free hands. When I`m by myself, I struggle to close it each time, the band did not stretch even a little (that is a good thing, but I hoped it would). Because of a very tight fit, my arm swells, itches, and I can`t wait to get home and take it off. I find size M too loose. This is still the best water pouch invented, I hope for some improvements with the arm band.

Overall great product with a few areas for improvement.
First of all, I love this product. I hate carrying anything when I run, so having this balance my phone arm band on the other arm is awesome. I live in a hot dry climate, so little sips are vital to continue a run in summer. My arm is 11.5” at the bicep, weak little girl arms. The smallest size fits around with room to adjust and tighten. It comes with two bladders and two bite valves, so I like that also. Here are the reasons I only gave four stars:1-The soft loop material of the Velcro closure is already deteriorating and causing loose fit sometimes. I have had it only about 2 months and don’t run daily (2-4x per week). The other parts seem to be higher quality. This material takes the most stress and wear but should last longer than 2-3 months.2-The bladder and valve also have a weird taste I haven’t been able to get rid of despite washing thoroughly many times.3-The rough hook side of the Velcro is slightly fatter than the stretched soft side causing it to scratch and irritate the soft under arm skin. I end up adjusting it a few times as I sip water and the weight changes.4- If the bladder was a bit fatter it would still fit in the zipper pouch (I’ve been storing my mask in there while out on the trail) and give me about 2oz more. This would be a vast improvement.Overall though, it’s awesome and I would buy again, especially if they made product adjustments to fix these issues.

AWESOME solution for handsfree running!
I stumbled upon this product while surfing Amazon for hydration options for runners and I am SO glad I did! I really wanted something that would allow me to run hands free. At first, I thought it might be akward to drink from the Hydrosleeve while running, but it's not at all. It is VERY easy to drink from and feels more natural to do so than I thought it would. Hydration belts don't work well for me, and I don't care for the Camelback type hydration packs, either. The Hydrosleeve is the perfect solution for me. It is very easy to use and to clean. It fits snuggly, so there's no slipping. It is lightweight. What more can I say? The only downfall is that the bladder is small, but I think it has to be in order to fit on the arm comfortably and not slip due to the water weight. It is very comfortable, so I would try one on each arm for a long run. When I placed the order, I was concerned about what size to order so I contacted the company and the founder responded to me right away. He was super helpful and professional. He said if I had any other questions or concerns I could contact him directly. When I received the package, I was suprised to find he had sent 2 sizes for me to try. He also included a handwritten note thanking me for my business. Customer service is top notch.Overall, I am very impressed with the product and the company.

Might work for some, but was very awkward to use.
I got this for my fiancé who runs and competes in Spartans. He said he didn't like how awkward it was to try and drink out of and just swinging his arms knew it would begin to chafe. Cool concept though.
