There no longer any weight to the unit which means that when you go to grab a note, the whole device comes with it…unless you hold the base with the other hand. So what good is it? It’s a waste of money.

This item is much, much too light to work as expected. It requires two hands, one to hold it down, one to pull the note. Don't let looks deceive you. Though it appears like a heavy, robust dispenser to which we are accustomed, it's nothing of the sort--instead it's a cheap plastic facsimile, a piece of fecal matter that is *wildly overpriced* & provides an unexpected, unsatisfying experience. I used "fecal matter" instead of "crap" because something so expensive deserves a fancy-pants characterization.

Pay a little more for better quality.

Colors shown in picture indicate neon which are bright colors and these sticky notes are barely darker than pastel colors so not particularly happy with colors but keeping anyway.

Cover pops off randomly & post it notes are hard to pull out

This is not weighted so you still have to hold it down in order to get a sticky note to come out. Waste of money!

Not good quality. It broke right out of the box.

Once post-it notes are loaded, the dispenser will not stay shut. Every time I pull out a note it pops open again. And yes, I have it loaded correctly.
