Highly recommend. Great value, very powerful, great customer service.
I thought that my wiring was incorrect but when I called the help line they told me that I needed to turn on the switch at the battery charge indicator. I didn’t even know the switch was there. It is a little gray rubber-covered push switch at the back end of the battery indicator, right above the throttle (see picture). Once I pushed that switch, the dolly worked great. It would have been nice to have had that little piece of information in the instructions!!I have a 3200 lb 3-horse trailer with a 540 lb tongue weight. My trailer is over 23 feet long and my driveway is only 30 feet wide, I can’t turn the trailer around while it’s hooked to my truck so I have to unhook from the truck and turn it 180 degrees to get it pointed in the right direction to go back down the driveway. That’s why I bought this. I was a little worried because it’s a big warmblood trailer at the upper end of the capacity of this machine, but it handles it fine.I’ve used it probably five or six times in the last couple of months and it’s been stored in a shed that whole time when not in use. Even though I haven’t charged it, the battery is still showing full. The dolly works well, best advice is to GO SLOW. Just take your time and you won’t have any issues. If you try to go max speed you will run into all the same problems that people have written about on here.Make sure that you keep your trailer wheel close to the ground because if you try to go too fast, the dolly will have a tendency to tip forward and drop the trailer down. Having the wheel of the trailer close to the ground keeps the dolly from tipping too far. Also, keep some downward pressure on the handle and, again, GO SLOW, that will also help to keep it from tipping. If you have a heavy trailer, don’t make sharp turns. Better to do a 4 point turn at a more shallow angle than try to turn it all at once. If you try to do a 90 degree turn, it’s likely one of the wheels of the dolly will come off the ground and you will lose traction, the dolly will lift on one side.I have a cement driveway so I can’t speak to how this will work on grass or gravel, but I’ve seen other comments on here saying that you would need to change to tractor-type tires, and that makes sense. This machine does not have a brake function, so be mindful of that if you are using it on a slope. I would not count on this being able to stop a runaway trailer on a steep slope. I have a tiny slope on my driveway and it’s no problem. This is a great value, plenty powerful, you won’t find anything else out there that’s close to this price that will do the job that this machine does. You can get better machines but they will be twice the price.I did have an issue with the differential leaking but customer service was extremely helpful and responsive, and ultimately ended up shipping me a new unit. They were great.Summary: Turn the switch on at the battery AND at the battery charge indicator, GO SLOW, don’t turn too sharp, keep some downward pressure on the handle, and keep your trailer wheel close to the ground. If you work within the limits of the machine, you shouldn’t have any problems. So overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Great value, great customer service, GREAT machine if used within its limits.

Great Product and Great Product Support!
I purchased this dolly for my boat that is under the weight limit by a couple hundred pounds. However, I did not understand the weight dynamics the incline of my standard cement drive added which caused the dolly to be under powered for the load. SuperHandy customer support was terrific. They helped me understand the problem and provided me the opportunity to return the product and purchase a more powerful dolly capable of handling the gross weight of the boat and the weight added by the incline of my driveway. Thank you SuperHandy! This product is very solidly build and SuperHandy stood behind it 100%. That is a winning combination!!!

Don't believe the description
What a complete disappointment this thing is.Came a day early. That's the only good thing that happened. Got it out of the box and put together. Instructions are so-so.Once together I used it to pull my big Tex 16 feet trailer. Weight on that one is 1468 lbs. If you're going straight forward or backwards, be careful of the turning wheel wanting to come off the ground. You have to put weight on it to control it. As soon as you try to turn, the dolly will tip onto 2 wheels and your gonna lose your trailer off the dolly. So no tight turns. Ever.Next came my dico 14 ft enclosed trailer. Weight 2200 lbs. Ya tight. It pulled it in a straight line. Barely. Wheels just spun in the ground. Flat ground. I had to pull it myself to get it going. If I tried to turn, the turn wheel wanted to come off the ground. Again, more weight on the handle to stabilize it.DON'T TRY TURNING!!! This thing wants to flip over!! Turns have to be very gradual. No tight turns. It won't work. You'll hurt yourself. Buyer be warned.CONCLUSIONIt's gonna work for pulling a trailer in and out of a garage. Straight ahead, no turns, no inclines. That's it. Don't thinK you're maneuvering your trailer around right corners.

You have to experiment & calculate what your doing, you have to man handle it. Helper is key
I'm lucky enough to have paid $800 for it in October 2020 with the rights to return it by I believe mid Feb 2021 and decided to keep it. It is not intended for commercial use.... IT IS DANGEROUS..You have to experiment and calculate what your doing...IMPORTANT TIP Make sure the battery is connected to the trailer brakes and be ready to pull the key to brake the trailer if it becomes a run away. You have to man handle it. Having a helper is advised. Yes it will flip on ya because it doesn't weight that much, the bars that come out on each side are just a little to large for weights. Chains or better tires may help. Pulling it works well, pushing not so much. I couldn't move a small boat in the sandy gravel by myself as a matter of fact it flipped off and now I needed a jack to get it back up to rehook it. The 1st time me and a friend with one of us standing on it PULLED a 5000 lb RV about 15' No problem but when we HAD to PUSH it back the 15' through gravel we used plywood. I went in the house for a min and came back and my friend moved it another 30' by himself so I could easily hook my truck up. The plywood was necessary. I got a pair of ramps for my SUV and it drove right up into the back no problem so now I can take it with me. I plan to make something to put weights on the machine to help balance it and plan to weld / build a platform for the back of the camper with a ramp & finally a way to secure it from thieves. I was also surprised that the batteries were not lithium as advertised but replacing lead ones are much cheaper. So be it at $800 it fixed my immediate problems I wanted to weld / build one with quality axles, wheels and a wench and knew that would be at least $500 and I needed it right away so this works for me. They are all probably dangerous but I bet the one that looks like a tank with a remote for $5000 is a little safer. Other option is a used ATV for about $2000 and thats not portable... THINK, THINK, THINK and you'll be ok.
