Fourth use of the figure, but why not?
First we had Jetfire, then that was heavily redesigned and retooled into Starscream. And then we got some other seekers, Thundercracker, and finally Skywarp. Being the third seeker, you would think the design was tired, but Hasbro did a good job of selecting the right bots for the job. The colors between Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp are different enough that you really get the sense that these are unique. It also helps that these guys are BIG. The leader class Generations figures are always big, and these fliers are no different. The transformation is fun and just tricky enough to be interesting, but not so tricky as to never be able to figure out how he goes together again. Skywarp also comes with seven guns. That is a lot for one bot to carry around. The orientation can be switched around, or left off entirely for a cleaner looking robot and jet modes.Any way about it, Skywarp is not the smartest Decepticon there is, but he makes one great looking figure. Fun to play with and good looking on the display shelf.

Inner child is happy
Loved it ... made the little kid in me happy ... wanted this one when I was young ... but could never find it ....only thing is when they came out in the 80s ... transformers had some metal parts ...this one was all plastic. But other then that ... I still got the same joy from getting it .

Good version of Skywarp. Perfect if you have his Starscream/Thundercracker redecoes/repaints.
This version of Skywarp is the same mold as [Transformers Generations Leader Class Thundercracker Figure]. He's really cool, and my review for him is almost exactly the same as my review for Thundercracker's.Pros: He looks good. No fancy paint apps, but good colors and nice robot mode. He's BIG. I think this is good. Some people, not so much. Next to your other toys, he looks like a big tough guy. You need to put him next toother Leaders (think Transformers Prime Weaponizer Optimus Prime Figure or Transformers legends LG14 Ultra Magnus) to make him looknormal.LOTS and LOTS of guns. You can't go wrong with more guns.Cool jet mode. Looks very smooth on top (not as much on the bottom, where you can see arms and legs)Cons: The transformation can be hard. It's OK until you need to shove part of his legs into his chest. This part isn't exactly the smoothest and youmight accidentally break him (or get scared that you will). If you unclip his feet from the wings (If you have him you'll know what I mean) sothe legs can move around more, it can be a little easier. Some people complain about how his face looks bad. Honestly I don't really think it's that bad but you should know.

Great leader class, lots of detail.
Proper leader class size, great paint/details and easy to transform. Looks great in the case and was at a good price. I only wish the transformation was a bit more nuanced. Got it at a great price.

I love it. Excellent detail
I love it. Excellent detail, but a bit high on the price. If it was made of metal like the originals that would make it much more worth the price. But better detailing than the originals by far.

Good design, materials are cheaper than what was hoping for.
Skywarp has always been my favorite Decepticon jet, so I'm always on the look out for something awesome.PROS: colors, jet design and robot designs are nice - has the updated classic look and feel, similar to Gen1, but with better gear and styling.CONS: the transformation isn't too complex and the materials are a bit cheap. The connections aren't as solid as I'd like either - the legs just hang in place, so when the joints get loose they'll likely slip out of position.OVERALL: For $33 dollars (what I bought mine for) it's not terrible. Better than the Transformer Classics, but not as good as Alternators.

SKYWARP LIVES!!!
Big Transformers fan and I just loved the combiner series. The overal look is so close to the G1 version, plus I just like having something that reminds me of my childhood. If you can own all three, Starscream, Skyward and Thundercracker, then do it.

Waste of money.
I was so excited to get this cus of the color scheme and I’m. Not a huge collector by any means I just wanted to get the jets . I have the star screen from the first movie but I don’t like him compared to the older generation. Anyways this model is ok but decide if u want plane or robot mode. I suggest robot cus when you start to move the cock pit area there is one piece of plastic with out hinges and It prevents the cock put from closing properly and it’s very scary folding the chest unit cus this piece doesn’t move. Makes you feel like it will break trying to get it in the right place. The star screen I have from the first movie was very easy to transform and had no issues but thisOne sucks .
