Product is good, packaging was really good i mean seller took full care for it definately.Now let's come to quality of the headphones, see the mic is really good it provide the experience to the listener as it provide clean and clear high pitched voice with 60-70 noise reduction.But i was bit disappointed with its cable quality and headband material quality, as it was average i mean if you are spending Rs.2600 over a headphone, good quality is what you do expect.But overall if you're a headphone for only good noise reducing mic purpose, this one is for you, don't expect base from it as it is not for listening music on high base.I am doing W.F.H so a good microphone headphone is what i was looking, and this headphone solved my issue.So yes go for it if your budget is under 3000.

So after the one month of usage of EPOS headset, I can say that this is absolutely or undoubtedly a good product in near about product category. The price justifies the quality that it provides, however one request from Sinnehiser is that please make form over the war piece a but more comfortable for longer duration calls. I’m normally using this product for long calls like 4-5 hours of bridge calls. There’s no problem so far I noticed. Mic quality and Sound is pretty good. I can say a worth having product in your office library. Thanks

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent...using it from last 6 years

I bought these a year back and now facing issues in connection. The usb connection is loose and does not properly connect, loose connection in middle of the call. This is well within the warranty and when I reached out to claim the warranty they said that this is USB wobbling issue which is not covered in the warranty. Option now left with me is to throw them away after a year of use for which I paid more than 2k.DO NOT BUY THESE. My protronic earphones works perfectly fine from past few years which I bought for 250/-

Happy with the performance of this headset. Useful for Teams calls.But in 6 months headset ear cushion are damaged. Dont know where to get the new ones.Warranty showing 2 years for damage, but no contact option where to proceed on amazon. Seller seems not so genuine

I have purchased this primarily for taking MS Teams calls from laptop. Call quality and noise cancellation at the receiver's end seems to be fine. Earlier I have used Plantronics headset. As compared to Plantronics, i didn't find any major difference in terms of taking calls. Comfort was also okay as I don't have to be in a meeting for more than 30 mins. There is a mute button but LED light on mute button is missing. This is okay considering it's price and what competition has to offer. Glad I didn't went for costlier Plantronics and Jabra headset since this gets the job done for me.Suggestion: Kindly keep your headset in a hard case so as to safeguard wires from physical and environmental damage.

Hello Everyone, I have been using Sennheiser headphones this particular model for all my business meetings for over a year ( avg use is over 6 hours a day for the last 1 year). This is an excellent product and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good headset. I also record a lot of training sessions using my laptop. Sennheiser headphones with USB type are really easy to plug in and out while changing laptops as I use 2 laptops one for my office/business meetings and the other is my personal laptop. used for surfing the web and listening to music. This product has additional control of audio on the hard cable (a rotary one) which is excellent as you can adjust the audio based on who is speaking. This helps, as you don't need to use your laptop's audio controls. The other part is I have to cut my mic. frequently or turn it on and off using a switch that can be pushed up or down.This product has excellent features that I haven't found in other similar audio devices. The sound clarity is awesome. I had an AC on for 3 months during summer all the time and sometimes it is noisy but people in other countries cannot hear any noise when I speak or when my audio is on. Excellent noise cancellation feature.I purchased 2 other headsets costing 1.5 K each of a different brand. The noise cancellation was not good. The audio was not very clear as I had to hold the mic in my hand and holding it for a long time sucks as you tend to lower your hand down.

Fantastic product. Mic works absolutely fine without any background noise. Audio seems very decent too.If your intent is only making calls (VOIP/ Skype/ Online calls), this is the best value product you can buy for its cheaper price. Light weight design fits perfectly and suitable for routine video calls.Downside however goes with the ear sponge (buds), They will peel off within a year or two. Replacement buds are hard to find too in online. You need to contact Sennheiser support to buy them.Summary:This is not a premium product for music lovers but definitely serves its purpose with its excellent voice clarity (mic) and audio quality.
