This really good head severs my job requirements

Mic quality is best feature of this headphones and sound quality is good for office meetings but not so good for music and movies

Please remove the word Noise Cancellationthe device is recording more noise than the actual voiceI don't want to give that one star as well

Looks good, works good. Not very comfortable but ok. If you need to use it for many hours everyday then may be not very good. If you use it every now and then for 30 to 60 minutes then no problem.Sound is loud, microphone is very good and there is sufficient noise cancellation but not 100%.Only problem I have faced till now is sometimes microphone does not get detected. removing and using again works sometimes.Sometime I have to restart system or I have to uninstall and then reinstall its drivers.

Update after almost a year of use - I'm not a heavy user but sadly the noise cancellation stopped working and my teams tells me that my voice doesnt charm them anymore.So I contacted tech support and unfortunately they don't have service center in Bangalore to fix the headsets. I removed one star. Duh.I used this headset for about two years, and it worked like a charm. I recently started having issues with noise cancellation and the mic got a bit loose and won't stand in place.However, this is the most useful headset I have ever purchased. I have a Sales job and I WFH, so you can imagine my plight of not having good noise-cancellation headphones.My colleagues would ask which headset I use because my voice is crisp and clear with no background noise. So I am going to buy it again as I don't have the time to visit the service centre.

The mute button doesn't mute or unmute on teams. If you are a Microsoft Teams user who has to attend calls on teams on a regular basis, you should consider buying Teams certified headset instead. Overall audio and microphone quality is adequate. Ear pad quality is not the most comfortable, but certainly not the worst. Headphone is light, the cable length is good enough and you can comfortably wear it for hours before you feel it.

I Have been using this headset for more than a year now and I could vouch for this device as the best one. Noise cancelation has been amazing and the clarity of voice has been more than satisfactory.
