Ordered 30 seeds. Would have been totally happy if even half had germinated,but alas not even one little sprout. Contacted co for a refund and they want me to send the seeds back! The seeds have been soaked and placed in moist warmth for over a week with ZERO changes in the seeds. Why would they want them back?

Not a single seed germinated. All my other pepper seeds germinated and I used a heat pad to encourage germination
