I usually buy Sil . But this time i tried Del monte , i found this better than Sil, the sweet corn is creamy when made and does not have much corn skin coming in the mouth whilst eating..

The product is excellent if you are planning to make a sweet corn cream style soup. Or even a corn curd preparation.However if you want a whole kernel experience or want a “bite” of texture, then this product is not for you as the corn kernels are nicely macerated.
