Interesting new garnish
I saw a chef on tv from a Baltimore eatery saying he uses lemongrass along with Old Bay on his crab cakes. My book club gave it a try today. Mixed results. The traditionalists don't care that much for it, but will try it elsewhere. Others can't wait to share with their families.Thanks for a well packaged product.

Lacking in aroma
I use this brand for a lot of my herbs and spices, but I was somewhat disappointed with the lemongrass powder. It didn't have as much fragrance. It didn't smell like lemongrass at all. The aroma is gone I think. I hope this was due to just being an old batch. I might try ordering again since I trust this brand for my other herbs, and I hope they'll be better quality next time.

Great substitute for the fresh one
It’s got the same flavor I needed from a fresh lemongrass.

Bland & tasteless
I received it quickly, but the lemongrass powder smelled bland and had no flavor. I made tom ka kai soup and this added nothing to the flavor. I threw the bag away after 1 use. Not fresh, no taste.
