will work with seimans hearing aid with some patience
I have Seimens hearing aids and wasn't sure if they were going to work. they fit on the post but it took a couple of days for the ear piece to conform to my ear. It was a pain for a couple of day because it kept sticking out of the ear but after a couple of day it was ok.

Easy to use
First I was so glad, I didn't have to go to my hearing aid office to purchase these as they would've charged some ridiculous high price... So thanks for even having them here at Amazon!! They were nice and easy to install and I was able to fit them on no problem. :)

smaller size
These were the right item however they were way too big for the hearing aid. When I put on the earpiece they would not stay in place as they were twice the size they needed to be. They just spun around. Do you have a smaller size? Please respond as soon as possible

Not a good fit
I bought these without knowing the right size. These are too big and I have already lost one. I will repurchase if they come smaller.

These things may look weird to some, but people who prefer smaller nose pieces on their in canal hearing aids rely on them to keep their aids in place.
